**Agreement**
This website is operated by Noble Epoxy Coatings LLC. Throughout the site,
"we", "us", and "our" refer to Noble Epoxy Coatings LLC. By using this site or
placing an order, you agree to these terms.
**Professional-use products**
The products sold on this site are professional-grade coating materials. They
are not consumer paint. Safe and correct use requires reading the
manufacturer's Product Data Sheet and Safety Data Sheet before mixing or
applying any product.
Every product page on this site links the manufacturer's Product Data Sheet.
You are responsible for reading it and for following the mixing ratios, surface
preparation, temperature ranges, and safety precautions it specifies. We are
not responsible for results caused by application methods, site conditions,
surface preparation, or environmental conditions outside our control.
**Product information and availability**
We make every effort to display products, colors, coverage figures, and
technical data accurately. Color reproduction varies by screen, and coverage
figures published by the manufacturer are theoretical averages that vary with
slab porosity, temperature, and application method. Sample before committing to
a full floor.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the
right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel any order.
**Orders and pricing**
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system
error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount charged,
whether or not the order has been confirmed.
**Warranty**
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty only. Noble Epoxy Coatings LLC makes
no additional warranty, express or implied, including any implied warranty of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Manufacturer warranties are
void where products are mixed with, or used in conjunction with, materials
substituted for the manufacturer's own.
**Limitation of liability**
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noble Epoxy Coatings LLC is not liable
for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including labor costs, lost
work, or damage to a floor arising from the use or misuse of products purchased
from us. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
**Governing law**
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
