Can I pick up my order at the store?
Yes. Local pickup at our store near Lake Oconee is available. Order online or contact us to arrange it.
How do I know if something is available?

What comes in a kit?
It depends on the product, and each product page lists it. Most two-component systems ship as a base plus an activator that you mix on site. High-Wear Urethane is a three-part kit (A + B + C). Cerafin is a single-component finish — no mixing, and it must not be drill mixed. Always read the product data sheet before you mix.
Why buy Simiron over a big-box kit?
Different product class entirely. Retail garage kits are typically water-based epoxy at 2–4 mils. Simiron is 100% solids professional chemistry that builds a real film and is backed by published technical data.
Which topcoat should I use?
Polyaspartic HS for UV stability and fast return to service — the common choice on garages. High-Wear Urethane where abrasion is the main threat. Cerafin when maximum gloss and depth matter, like a metallic floor. Check the product data sheet on each product page.
How do I know if my slab needs a moisture barrier?
Test it. A calcium chloride or RH probe test tells you in a day or two. Any slab-on-grade with unknown history, any below-grade pour, and anything where a previous coating failed should be evaluated for MVB.
