How much material does your floor take?
Use these coverage rates to plan your order. They assume properly prepared concrete — a rough or porous slab will drink more. Always confirm against the product data sheet for your specific conditions.

Worked example — two-car garage, 500 sq ft
- Basecoat: 500 ÷ 250 = 2 gal
- Flake: 500 ÷ 225 = 2.2 boxes → order 3 boxes
- Topcoat: 500 ÷ 200 = 2.5 gal
Always order margin
Add 10–15% for waste, and always round flake up. Running out mid-broadcast leaves a visible seam you cannot fix without recoating the whole floor.
